**What You’ll Be Doing**
* Safely operate equipment and vehicles to support yard and material\-handling activities like loading, moving, and stockpiling materials efficiently and accurately
* Support with dispatch coverage and rail loadout when needed
* Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
* Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
* Assist with inventory control and customer/order support

* Ability to operate or learn to operate mobile equipment safely and effectively
* Commitment to following safety practices and contributing to a strong safety culture
* Capability to work both independently and with a team in a fast\-paced environment
* Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and productivity
**Conditions of Employment**
* Successful candidate must submit to post\-offer pre\-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
* Must be able and willing to fill in at other Southern OH locations as needed.
**Work Environment**
* Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
