**Job Description:**
We are seeking a reliable and organized **Dispatch Coordinator** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating field technicians, managing daily job workflows, and ensuring operations run smoothly across assigned markets. **No experience required – we will provide full training.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Route technicians efficiently and monitor job progress throughout the day
* Ensure all technician calls are answered promptly and assist with Spanish\-English translation when needed
* Close out completed jobs daily and maintain accurate records
* Generate and submit weekly payroll reports for your assigned market
* Follow up on incomplete work and ensure timely job completions
* Problem\-solve emergencies or unexpected issues that arise in the field
* Communicate effectively with field techs and internal teams to maintain productivity and accountability
**Qualifications:**
* No prior dispatching experience required – we will train the right candidate
* Must be proficient in **Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Teams**
* Bilingual in English and Spanish (MUST)
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment
* Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills
* Must be able to pass a drug test and background.
**Schedule:**
* Monday–Saturday: Remote
* Must attend in office meettings when needed.
