**Dedicated CDL\-A Local Truck Driver**

**Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $85,000**
**$10,000 bonus available for a limited time.**

* **$0\.64\-$0\.64 per mile**
* **Daily Rate: $70 per day**
* **Stop pay: $19\.25 per stop**
* **Rail Shuttle: $25**
* **Detention pay: 20 per hour after 4 hours**
* **New hire training daily pay: $200 per day**
* **Safety training pay: $20 per hour**
* **Holiday pay: $200 per day**
* **Daily home time**
* **Onsite management**
* **Paid online orientation**
**?? Shift Details**
* **Schedule: Friday to Tuesday (5\-day work week).**
* **Extra Work: 6th day available on a voluntary basis.**
* **Start Time: Between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM daily.**
**? Job Location \& Service Area**
* **Truck Pickup: York, PA (4875 Susquehanna Trail).**
* **Daily Driving: Short runs within 75–100 miles of the distribution center.**
* **No Big Cities: Absolutely no driving in New York City, New York State, or New Jersey.**
**? Position Overview**
* **Dedicated Route: Deliver dry and frozen goods to regional grocery stores.**
* **Pre\-Loaded Cargo: All trailers are pre\-loaded for you before you start.**
* **Easy Unloading: All freight is palletized, and all stores have loading docks.**
* **Daily Workflow: Expect 1 long load or 2 shorter loads per day.**
* **Multi\-Stop Runs: Usually 2 grocery store stops per trailer.**
* **Backhauls: Pick up return loads to the yard (90% drop\-and\-hook).**
* **Equipment: Drive assigned automatic day cabs (must be left at the yard).**
**Job Requirements:**
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
* Occasionally stores ask drivers to assist tailgate palletized freight using a pallet jack
* Stores have electric pallet jacks
* 20% drop and hook
* Assigned tractors. Sometimes share with opposite shift driver
* Drivers should understand the importance of customer service and have good customer service skills
* Uniforms are provided and maintained by the the account
* Drivers will work Holidays if it is their scheduled day to work unless the account is not running that Holiday. Drivers receive holiday pay $200
Wage Range: 85000\.00 \- 95000\.00 per year
