Dispatcher / Schedule Coordinator

We’re looking for a **high\-performance coordinator** who can control the board, maximize technician productivity, and turn every inbound call into a booked opportunity.

What You’ll Actually Do
* Own the **daily service schedule** and keep it running at 90–100% capacity
* Convert inbound calls into booked appointments (not just “take messages”)
* Coordinate technicians in real time to eliminate downtime
* Optimize routes to reduce drive time and increase revenue per tech
* Make outbound calls to fill open slots (unsold estimates, maintenance customers, follow\-ups)
* Communicate clearly with customers and technicians throughout the day
* Maintain accurate job notes and customer records
What You’ll Be Measured On
This is a performance\-driven role. You’ll be expected to track and improve:
* Booking rate (% of calls converted to appointments)
* Schedule fill rate (how full your board is each day)
* Technician utilization (idle time vs working time)
* Revenue per call (through proper positioning and scheduling)
* Same\-day service opportunities captured
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication skills (clear, confident, professional)
* Ability to stay organized under pressure
* Comfortable following and improving structured call scripts
* Quick decision\-making and problem\-solving skills
* Positive, customer\-first mindset
* Experience in dispatch, scheduling, or call center roles is a plus
* HVAC or home service experience is a bonus (not required — we train)
