Position Overview
As our Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative, you will be the vital connection between our customers, technicians, and office team. This dynamic role combines customer service, scheduling, and dispatching responsibilities to ensure our customers receive prompt, professional service and our field technicians operate efficiently.

Responsibilities
* Answer incoming customer calls and provide outstanding customer service.
* Schedule and coordinate plumbing service appointments.
* Dispatch technicians efficiently using scheduling and GPS\-based software.
* Communicate appointment updates, delays, and changes to customers.
* Maintain accurate customer records, dispatch logs, and service information.
* Work closely with technicians, management, and customers to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Handle multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
* Assist in supporting overall office operations and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements
* Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
* Must be willing to participate in an on\-call rotation, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Must be comfortable talking on the phone for extended periods throughout the day.
* Must communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
* Must be open to learning new skills and applying them quickly.
Schedule
* Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* On\-call rotation approximately every three weeks
