Summary
The Assistant Manager, Finance of Americas Head Quarter ("AHQ") supports financial planning, analysis, reporting, and control processes across AHQ subsidiary companies in the Americas region. The role is responsible for delivering in\-depth financial and profitability analysis, including root cause analysis of key business and operational drivers. It also supports monthly closing, budgeting, forecasting, and ensures compliance with local GAAP and IFRS across entities. In addition, the role contributes to strategic initiatives such as ERP system implementation, AI\-driven finance transformation, and new business or M\&A evaluation. Overall, the position plays a key role in strengthening financial transparency, process standardization, and decision support across the region.
Compensation
$95,000 \- $105,000 yearly salary range. (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)
Responsibilities
Supporting financial reporting, financial analysis, and control processes of subsidiary companies under AHQ under the direction of his or her supervisor:
* Lead and enhance detailed monthly and ad\-hoc profit \& loss analysis for AHQ subsidiary companies, including variance analysis, trend identification, and root cause analysis of key financial and operational drivers;
* Establish, improve, and continuously monitor financial reporting and analysis processes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, compliance requirements, and management reporting standards;
* Develop, standardize, and optimize reporting templates, dashboards, and data channels to improve efficiency, consistency, and transparency of financial reporting across subsidiaries;
* Perform in\-depth analysis of business performance issues at individual legal entity level, including identification of root causes and quantification of financial impact;
* Closely collaborate with subsidiary companies to understand business operations and provide accounting and financial guidance to ensure compliance with local GAAP and IFRS on both standalone and consolidated bases;
* Review budget assumptions, forecasts, and estimates for accuracy, completeness, and reasonableness, and perform variance analysis to identify risks and emerging issues requiring management attention;
