Summary
The Senior Analyst, Finance of Americas Head Quarter ("AHQ"), plays a critical role in supporting financial planning, analysis, reporting, and performance management processes of subsidiary companies under AHQ. This position is responsible for independently performing financial and operational analysis, identifying business risks and opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations to management. The Senior Analyst serves as a key business partner to subsidiary finance teams and operational leaders by supporting strategic decision\-making through financial insights, performance monitoring, and forecasting activities. The role also contributes to the enhancement of financial reporting processes and business planning initiatives while supporting special projects and corporate initiatives under the direction of his or her supervisor.
Compensation
$28\.17/hr \- $30\.73/hr range. (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)
Responsibilities
Supporting financial reporting, planning, and business performance management processes of subsidiary companies under AHQ under direction of his or her supervisor:
* Prepare and analyze monthly AHQ business performance reports, including financial results, operational metrics, variance analysis, and key business highlights.
* Perform detailed financial and operational analysis to identify trends, business risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers.
* Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance of subsidiary companies and provide recommendations to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and cash flow.
* Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long\-range planning processes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with corporate objectives.
* Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, profitability analysis, business cases, and strategic planning initiatives.
* Act as a business partner to subsidiary finance teams and management by providing financial guidance, challenging assumptions, and supporting performance improvement initiatives.
* Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators and proactively identify emerging issues requiring management attention.
