**Flex Laborer/ Small Equipment Operator**
**Equipment Operator, Flex Labor \& Rail Yard Worker**
We are seeking motivated individuals for **full\-time positions** involving tolight equipment operation, labor, and rail yard work. This role offers **competitive pay, and benefits package**.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Safely and efficiently operate various types of light equipment.
* Knowledge of rail yard operations, basic hand tools, and light equipment handling.
* Knowledge on safely operating tele\-handlers, skid steers and other related equipment.
* Perform basic equipment maintenance including fueling and greasing.
* Follow and comply with **all safety rules and regulations.**
* Assist with additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor.
**Qualifications**
* Ability to work in an **outdoor environment** in varying conditions
* Ability to **lift up to 60 pounds**
* Comfortable working at heights or tight spaces
* Mechanical aptitude is a **plus**
* Welding aptitude is a **plus**
* Willingness and ability to pass a pre\-employment background check, and drug/alcohol screening
