**Job Description**
The Inventory Control Manager oversees inventory control and material flow across warehouse and production operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely availability of materials. Manages teams, maintains systems and processes (ERP/MRP), drives continuous improvement, tracks performance metrics, and ensures compliance with safety and audit requirements.
* Manage daily inventory control and material flow operations across warehouse, stockroom, and production areas.
* Develop and maintain processes to ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting and reconciliation activities.
* Collaborate with Production Planning and Purchasing to ensure timely availability of materials.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse layout, material handling, and inventory processes.
* Ensure ERP/MRP system inventory transactions are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
* Supervise warehouse, inventory, receiving team and Stockroom personnel.
* Establish and track KPIs such as inventory dollar accuracy, inventory tag accuracy, and on\-time delivery performance.
* Coordinate physical inventory counts and support internal/external audits.
* Ensure compliance with company safety standards and material handling procedures.
* Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory and material management activities.
**Education:**
* High school diploma or GED required. Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred.
**Experience:**
* 5\+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or material flow management.
**Skills:**
* Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems and inventory control practices.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting tools.
* Experience leading teams and managing employee performance.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills.
**Preferred**:
* APICS/CPIM certification or other supply chain certification.
* Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.
* Experience with cycle counting programs and inventory audit processes.
* Forklift certification or knowledge of warehouse safety regulations

Pay Range $100,000 \- $145,000 base salary depending on experience plus 12\.5% annual bonus target.
