We are a fast\-growing trucking company with a fleet of 200 trucks and we’re looking for an experienced **Dispatch Manager** to lead and optimize our dispatch operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage and oversee daily dispatch operations for a 200\-truck fleet
* Lead, train, and supervise dispatchers
* Plan and optimize loads, routes, and schedules to maximize profitability
* Monitor driver performance, hours of service, and compliance
* Communicate daily with dispatchers, drivers, brokers, and customers
* Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently
* Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience as a dispatch or Dispatch Manager
* **Fluent in English and Spanish (required)**
* Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and HOS compliance
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and trucking management software
* Knowledge of freight boards
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast\-paced, high\-volume environment
* Ability to instruct, direct, and evaluate employees
* Ability to determine the need for revision and or change in work area instructions
* Ability to interpret and explain appropriate work instructions and guidelines to dispatchers and drivers
