Office Assistant / DispatcherGarage Door \& Construction Company – Orange County, CA
Pay: $20–$22 per hour to start (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, Full\-Time
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant/Dispatcher to join our growing garage door and construction company. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, has good communication skills, and wants to grow with the company. Experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails
* Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians
* Communicate with customers regarding appointments and service updates
* Coordinate daily schedules with technicians
* Enter customer information into the computer system
* Follow up with customers as needed
* Perform general office and administrative duties
Qualifications
* Basic computer skills
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Organized, dependable, and detail\-oriented
* Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment
* Knowledge of Orange County is a plus
* Dispatching, office, or customer service experience is a plus
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
