Our services include refrigerated LTL, dry LTL, dedicated truckloads, air freight, intermodal, as well as warehousing and cold storage. **Job Summary:** Go2 Logistics is seeking a salaried Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee daily logistics and warehouse operations in Grapevine. This role is responsible for coordinating outbound planning, dispatch activities, and warehouse supervision to ensure smooth, efficient operations. **Key Responsibilities:** · Plan and coordinate outbound shipments to meet service standards and delivery schedules. · Supervise and support dispatch operations, ensuring accurate scheduling and routing. · Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control, staffing, and workflow management. · Monitor and maintain safety compliance, operational procedures, and company policies. · Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements. · Lead, train, and mentor staff to maintain a high\-performing operations team. · Generate operational reports and communicate updates to leadership. · Resolve operational challenges and address any customer or team concerns. **Qualifications:** · 3\+ years of logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. · Strong understanding of warehouse operations, dispatch processes, and outbound planning. · Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. · Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems.
