**Job Overview**
LIT Method is one of the fastest\-growing wellness brands in North America, specializing in premium cold plunges, saunas, red light therapy systems, and recovery equipment. We are looking for an Operations \& Supply Chain Manager to own inventory planning, purchasing, logistics, and 3PL management. This role will work directly with the founders and become a critical leader in scaling the business.
You will own forecasting, purchase orders, factory coordination, freight logistics, inventory planning, and management of our third\-party logistics (3PL) partner.
**Inventory Planning \& Forecasting**
* Build and maintain inventory forecasts across all product categories
* Monitor inventory levels and reorder points
* Forecast inventory requirements based on sales velocity, seasonality, promotions, and new product launches
* Prevent stockouts and excess inventory
**Purchasing \& Vendor Management**
* Create and manage purchase orders
* Coordinate with overseas manufacturers and suppliers
* Track production timelines and delivery schedules
* Negotiate vendor pricing and logistics costs when applicable
**Logistics \& Freight Management**
* Manage ocean, rail, truckload, LTL, and parcel shipments
* Track inbound containers from factory to warehouse
* Coordinate customs clearance and freight forwarding partners
* Resolve delays and shipping issues proactively
**3PL Management**
* Serve as primary point of contact for our 3PL partner
* Monitor receiving, inventory accuracy, storage, fulfillment performance, and shipping costs
* Ensure SLAs are consistently met
* Identify operational improvements and cost\-saving opportunities
**Systems \& Reporting**
* Maintain inventory dashboards and reporting
* Develop KPI reporting for leadership
* Improve operational workflows through automation and AI tools
* Create SOPs for inventory and logistics processes
**Requirements**
* 3\+ years in supply chain, operations, inventory planning, or logistics
* Experience managing a 3PL relationship
* Strong forecasting and inventory management skills
* Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
* Experience with Shopify\-based businesses
* Highly analytical and detail\-oriented
Pay: $70,000\.00 \- $100,000\.00 per year
