Employees may work from anywhere within the contiguous 48 states of the United States   Travel is up to 20%. Employees will be required to occasionally travel to our corporate headquarters in Fort Worth, TX for in person meetings. Travel expenses for business needs will be covered by BNSF.     This position is open to candidates who are currently authorized to work in the United States. As a Sr UX designer, you will define the experience for specific UX journeys and products, turning cutting-edge AI capabilities into meaningful proactive and trustworthy experiences for BNSF customers. You will also build specific design system components that are reusable for multiple AI driven- experiences.      The duties and responsibilities in this posting are representative categories to be used in deciding whether to apply for this position. Understand customer and user requirements and how cutting edge AI capabilities can blend to produce proactive and trustworthy experience across surfaces (ex: mobile, desktop).  Iterate with customers and end users to drive metrics and adoption. Champion for reusability of UX and design system, connecting dots across experiences. Use technical understanding of front end stacks to design performant experiences. Work actively with engineering team and product/business teams through mocks, prototypes, figma-type of tools actively.
