**Position Overview**
This position is accountable for providing expertise and assistance with the safety and efficient design and operation of the districts interconnected traffic signal systems, highway lighting systems, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) in the district.

* Provides in house expertise needed for the safe and efficient design and operation of all the districts traffic signal, Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) and highway lighting systems.
