**Key Responsibilities**
**Material Handling \& Operations**
* Perform all shift roles required at both Conway and Whitesville locations.
* Transfer materials from railcars to trucks using forklifts, grapple trucks, conveyors, pumps, and other equipment.
* Ensure proper alignment and secure connections between railcars and unloading systems.
* Operate mobile and fixed equipment safely and efficiently.
* Meet loading deadlines and adhere to shift schedules.
**Equipment \& Safety**
* Conduct pre‑shift inspections and routine maintenance on equipment.
* Complete job safety analyses and report hazards, incidents, or equipment issues.
* Follow all company safety protocols and wear required PPE.
* Maintain compliance with OSHA, FRA, and environmental safety standards.
* Coordinate with truck drivers, rail crews, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain accurate logs of materials handled, equipment usage, and maintenance activities.
* Use basic computer systems to enter data and generate reports.
