*Towing Dispatcher*
Rusiniaks Service is a family owned towing and recovery company based out of Cheektowaga NY since 1949\.
We are looking for a dedicated team member to Assist in our everyday operations of our towing and trucking division.
Skills Required:
路 Ability to multitask
路 Proficient in Microsoft office
路 Strong work ethic, self\-motivated and organized
路 Ability to solve problems
路 Ability to work under high pressure situations
路 Strong customer relation skills
Duties and Responsibilities
路 Receive and Dispatch calls in order of importance to drivers using our dispatch software
路 Monitor progress of jobs
路 Prepare towing/hauling quotes for customers
路 Obtain oversized/overweight permits
路 Release impounded vehicle
路 Process customer payments
路 Help coordinate front office, invoices and incoming paperwork from drivers
路 Process lien and impoundment paperwork
路 Other clerical duties as assigned
